Whiteman Air Force Base in Knob Noster, Mo.—home to America’s 19 nuclear-capable B-2 stealth bombers—shares a fence line with an approximately 25-acre trailer park tied to a Chinese billionaire with admitted intelligence connections, the Daily Caller News Foundation (DCNF) reported Nov. 10.

The park, purchased in 2017, is owned by Property Solutions 3603 LP, a shell entity linked through Canadian partners to Miles Guo, the exiled tycoon. Guo told The New Yorker in 2022 he once worked with China’s Ministry of State Security.

Former CIA officer Bryan Dean Wright and State Armor CEO Michael Lucci told DCNF the site could host surveillance gear or serve as a sabotage vector.

B-2s from Whiteman struck Iran’s nuclear sites in June 2025. Similar Guo-linked LLCs bought land near a Georgia base, per State Armor filings. The deal evaded CFIUS review, Rep. Mark Alford (R-Mo.) confirmed on NewsNation.

The Air Force emphasizes “robust security” measures at Whiteman.

The news comes as Canada-U.S. trade relations stall amid ongoing U.S. tariffs on Canadian goods. President Donald Trump has accused Canada of inadequate border security and military spending.

China has extensively infiltrated Canadian politics, say CSIS analysts, potentially beginning with interactions at the Trudeau Foundation around 2014.
